Holiday Returns Policy

Items purchased at the Case Rings Online Store that are received between November 5 and December 25 may be returned up to January 10. Please note that all other terms and conditions provided in the Case Rings Online Store Sales and Refunds Policy are still applicable with respect to such items purchased. All purchases made after December 25th are subject to the Standard Returns Policy.

Standard Return Policy

There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased online from Case Rings:

  • You have 7 calendar days from the date of purchase to return an item for a full refund.
  • Only items that have been purchased directly from our Case Rings Online Store (https:), can be returned to Case Rings.
  • Please ensure that the item you’re returning is repackaged with all components and documentation that were included when you received it.

There are some items, however, that are ineligible for return, including:

  • Any products that have been opened and used.
  • Any Gift Cards should we offer them.
  • Any Print Products should we offer them.

In order to receive a full refund, please note:

  • The product must be returned in the same condition it was received. This means the packaging should still be in tact and include all of the components and documentation that were included upon receipt.

How to Return an Item

Contact us at orders@ and provide us with the order number of the product you would like to return. You can find the order number in the emailed invoice we sent you or by logging into your account at caserings.com and selecting ‘Orders’.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated immediately. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method:

  • If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
  • Refunds on products purchased from Case Rings using a Gift Card will be issued to you as a Gift Card by email.
